  Nemam vremena sad dublje ulaziti u problematiku...ali npr široki cucanj sa stopalim okrenutim prema van više gađa medijalni vastus..... ajde to cemo navecer ili sutra....

  Pa nekakva luksacija ili iskakanje patele, koja se onda vrati pri ispružanju noge??

 Ili eventualno nagnjecen menisk jer je to vjerojatno bio duboki cucanj sa dužim ostajanjem u položaju i puno ponavljanja ;)

 Kakav ti je unutarnji (medijalni) dio kvadricepsa? Obicno bude slabiji pa onda patela nije u centru, pa bi mogao to izbalansirati.... NO teško je ovako pricati....

  a meni to na patelu vuce možda.... kakav ti je medijalni vastus? slabiji? a teško je ovako reci...ali ko nekakva hondromalacija patele... jer ono... nisi e nekakvim rotacijama tu ozljedu napravio...pa mi izgleda kao da je patela.....

ne boli, natekne malo tokom treninga, al kad se spuštam u cucanj, ili radim press ili iskorak, osjecaj je ko da ce popucati sve.. pogotovo malo iznad koljena

iskreno? ne znam... pred 5-6 tjedana sam isto radio noge, puno cucnjeva i bio ok trening, ne sjecam se da bi me išta zaštrecalo.... al znam da sam tu noc osjetio gadnu bol u koljenu i od onda mi šteka, zna zaboliti gadno, "preskace" itd.

  a pa pripremi koljeno prije dubokog cucnja i velikih težina, ako te boli znaci da nisi spreman još za to što si mu zadao...kužiš ....
