Da, kao pocetnik si jako pogodna za to da skidas salo i dobis misicne.
Moze se i kasnije, notesko,, treba znat puno  toga i imat velkog iskustva s time......ali u principu mozes bit zadovoljna ak zadrzis postojece.......al kod tebe bi se to dalo oboje....... samo za to ceš morat potegnut i malo heavy koji trening .......4x5 recimo.....ili tak nekaj........

 Hvala što ste ovako strpljivi sa mnom

3 no carb + š high carb! To cu promijeniti zajedno sa povecanim unosom masti u no carb days, working on it!

Trening, dakle 3x kružni i š-2 dana odmora. HIIT nema smisla raditi sa ovoliko no carb days zasad cu se držati LI cardio i teretane..

Trening š: 5x5
Trening 2: 3x8
Trening 3: 4x6

Još moram iscitati to o težini/broju serija/ponavljanja, nije mi sve sasvim jasno, ali sam jako zadovoljna što smo dosta toga riješili, moram se još jednom zahvaliti


što se heavy lifting tice - no frks, vrlo rado

  Probaj da ti 4. dan (kad jedes UH) bude recimo trening s utezima pa da imas jedan heavy training..a ostale treninge radi sa vecim intenzitetom..

  Roger! :) Od sutra krecem sa novim treningom, a ujedno je i dan punjenja tako da ce bit fun!

40min LI odrađeno, a gledat cu da ubacim jedan HIIT pa cu ga ušuškat u UH.

 ne ne.. to ti je formula za normalan rad u teretanu.. ako je full body trening, onda ovaj faktor ide 6,5 ja mislim.. pa ne moze jedna zena od 50kg u pola sata potrosit 500 kcal..

Inace za hodanje je faktor 3, za brzo hodanje 4,5 ja mislim.. moram to pronaci, imam negdje zapisano.

  Iskreno, j anikad nisam racunao kolko potrošim kalorija na treningu i ne zanima me uopce, što više to bolje, malo mi je to 2 much i prekomplicirano,a opet moze bit dalkeo od istine po bilo kakvim formulicama........
Mislim da je to toalno nepotrebno.......
Nasao san na jednu jednostavnu i provjerenu formulu koju primjenjuje kolko sam vidio i dosta ekipe na T-nationu,Neznam na pamet, ali  LBM x š3 ili š4 ili š5 , ovisno kolko bodyfata imaš i bok , umožak je broj kalorija za odrzaanje i ides ispod mrvicu i to je to, a imam i knjige neka i u jednoj je slicno nekaj , malo drugacije, ali daje prakticki isti krajnji rezultat kalorijski.......... tak da ak vidim da se maklo veci i iskusni treneri ne zamaraju potrosnjom kalorija na treningu necu ni ja.....

cure npr. potrose oko 200-300 kcal..

na kraju dodje na isto.. smijem se, da.. super sam bolje (pojeo 2 tortice )..

Ja sam krem juhu od hokaido tikve, cvjetace, celera, luka! :Đ
Sve to skuhaš i onda staviš u mikser i nastane ko za bebu kašica fina! E, otkada jedem tu hokaido ili muškatnu tikvicu mislim da imam najviše kalcija ikad u tijelu! Osjecam po noktima, zubima, snazi...cool
