Po kojem to programu radiš smajlice? 3 brokule?

Pa dobro, nakon 3-3,5 h pojedeš opet nešto..ne smiješ bit gladna..a to da si ponekad nervozna i dođe ti da pošalješ sve u klinac, nije cudno, pogotvo ako ti je sve to novo Možda si malo prenaglo krenula..prvo treba riješit loše navike..krenut malo pomalo do savršenstva (ma što god to znacilo .. )

Ma da! Jela sam za rucak pileci filet (velicina dlana) + šnita raženog kruha + šolja jogurta 0,š+ 3 komada brokule i ajmeeee što sam zagladnila nakon 3 sata...da poludišššš!!! To je bilo oko pola 4, a ja vec u 6 gladna :( :(

  Mislim da sam krivo shvatio, da si zapravo mislila da vazes koje namirnice s cim ceš jest a ne doslovno da važeš
Jedi 4-5 obroka, da budeš sita, a ne se prejest kako bi mogla jest cešce, kombiniraj proteine s ugljikohidratima ili proteine i masti u obroku i ne opterecuje se previše nicim oko prehrane, to nije program, to je jednostavno normalna prehrana

  A zakaj uopce važeš hranu? jedi normalno za pocetak u 4-5 obroka i bok, nemoj niš vagat i opterecivat se, tebi je bitno stec naviku jedenja, a ne vagat sad hranu jer i onako vjerovatno neznaš kaj važeš i kolko bi trebala jest, tak da neznam cime se vodiš kod vaganja?

Sve mi je sada po satu...Hrana proporcionalno vagana, voce isto zna se kad sta jedem...Al me spuca takvaa nervooozaaaaa ljudiiii...Neka mi muka, place mi se i umori me ponekad ovo sve...
Lakše mi je bilo dok sam jela voce i povrce koliko sam htjela dnevno, nego na ovom "programu" kad i koliko...Onako nikad nisam bila nervozna..Sad ne pretjerujem s vocem i povrcem jer ovamo unesem normalan obrok...Ali navecer me nervoza spuca haos... :( :( HATE THIS!!!
