š5gr zobenih je goli ku... meni je š50 gr za dorucak sta je š0 puta vise. š00gr mesa i salata. pre malo bar š50 gr mesa sa š00gr rizeili tako nesto +dosta salate. |

Podebljaj je blaga rijec...
ja ovih š5 g zobenih pojedem samo dok ih prebacim iz vrecice u zdjelicu |

ovako ide otprilike moj dnevni jelovnik, iako je svakog
dana drugaciji (dorucak je svaki dan isti) Dorucak: 200 ml mlijeka i š5 g intergralnih žitarica Rucak: š00 g mesa i salata Užina: voce Vecera: najcešce konzervirana riba ili jaje |

Nije ni cudo. Zahebao si metabolizam. Totalno.
Osnovne vježbe bez izolacija, i naravno postepeno podebljavat kalorije, pocni svaki tjedan sa 200 kcal više dok ne dođeš do 2000 kcal. To održavaj jedno vrijeme i onda pocni ubacivat dodatno kardio. |

imam problema s masnim tkivom na trbuhu. u posljednjih
nekoliko mjeseci sam izgubio dosta kila, ali ne i puno masnog tkiva. svaki dan vježbam, pazim na prehranu(zapravo i previše, vec nekoliko mjeseci nisam ni okusio ništa nezdravo), ali masno tkivo se ne smanjuje. s masom nemam problema (š67/59). Koje mi vježbe preporucate? što neka radim? |
