možda ali ja bih rekla da o redoslijedu mišicnih skupina ponekad ovisi što nam je prioritet..

Recimo ako su joj ramena bitna ja bi njih stavila malo ranije jer dok dođe do njih bit ce vec pomalo umorna pa ih nece uspjet pogodit dobro.. ;)

Znaci napokon sam krenula u tretanu.
Radim si plan vježbanja pa me zanima slijedece:
dal se više isplati radit full body trening svaka dva dana il izolirane vježbe isto svaka 2 dana.
Ovim rasporedom:

Full body:
noge - leđa - trbuh - prsa - ramena - ruke

izolirane:
š dan : noge - ramena - trbuh
2 dan : leđa - biceps - trbuh
3 dan : prsa - triceps - trbuh
06.09.-58,5 kg
13.09.-57kg(-1,5)
04.10.-55,9kg(-2,6)
