Ako radis 3 treninga tjedno onda je jedan kardio trening u redu, ali ja osobno preferiram barem 2 kardio treninga tjedno makar ga vecina ljudi kojima je cilj razviti misicnu masu izbjegava. Bilo bi dobro kada bi odvojio jos jedan poseban dan za kardio trening i nakon njega istezanje, naravno ako imas mogucnosti. |

Koliko cesto radite kardio?
Ja idem 3x tjedno u gym, pokusavam ga odradit svaki tjedan, odnosno radim ga šx tjedno po 30min neposredno iza treninga sa bucicama (bike š2km). |
