Dl pogađa kompletno posterior chain, ubaci ga kao vježbu za posterior chain, nema ti druge

ja klasicno mrtvo radim kod leđa pa se tu koncentriram da više iz leđa izvlacim...a na ravne noge kad radim noge..tu onda max vucem iz lože i guze..

Jos jedno pitanjce, da li vam se desava kod veslanja sipkom
il deadlifta, da vas zatezu podlaktice, al ne misici neko
vene i zile? Stvarno cudan osecaj, ma koliko se zagrevao.

 Veslanje sa šipkom je ocaj od vježbe, bar meni - nikako nisam stabilan, slabije pogodim latove buduci da što sam paralelniji s podom teže je nabaciti kilažu na šipku i samim time stresirati latove + stavlja veliki stres na donja leđa koji je sasvim neprirodan

one arm db row i t bar - dajem ruku u vatru za ove 2 vježbe

odg na pitanje teme: vuceš na butine, odnosno donje/kose trbušne kako bi što više ukljucio latove

Od veslanja mi je najbolje veslanje pod 45* sa šipkom, nevjerovatno dobro pogodi latove, pogotovo donji dio latova

Pa prakticki vecina vjezbi s bucicama bolje pogadjaju misice nego s sipkom..

haha... A ja ne volim tu vjezbu sa bucicom, iako moram priznat, sa njom se radi pravilnije nego sa utegom.. i imam osjecaj da je veci ROM..
