o da da, to su te nepromjenjive rutine, ravni benđo, kosi benđo, kosi benđo bucicama, leptir, razvlacenje bucicama pa dakako malo bicepsa uz to. ne moram ih ni pitat šta ce radit danas, vidim odmah po prvoj vježbi cijeli program |

Dobar je video s tim da šipku treba spustiti nešto niže na leđa, ne toliko pri vratu. Koljena se savijaju toliko koliko je potrebno da se što više ode guzicom nazad što je zapravo i poanta same vježbe, potkoljenice su manje više fiksne i en bi smjele kretati se prema naprijed. Dubina - ovisi, što dublje odeš u pretklon bolje pogodiš post chain ali i riskiraš savijanje u donjem dijelu leđa |

koljena bi se uvijek trebala bar malo savinuti isto kao i kod RDL da se razbije stres koji ide na kicmu, kazu da je pravi naziv RDL mrtvo dizanje sa ukocenim nogama,a ne sa ispruzenim

Koliko sam primjetio po teretanama, jako malo ekipe radi ovu vježbu.
Rekao bih da sam vidio 2 puta da ju netko radi u zadnjih 5 god. Vježba je vrlo jednostavna, a opet užasno dobra. Treba je što više popularizirati. |
