Ne napadam ja nikog, g-flux me preporodio, doslovno

A neznam, ja još nisam na kraju defke (zapravo nikad nit necu bit, nije mi cilj neka extremna definicija).

Znam da na kraju treba bit nisko s kcal i viskokim volumenom treninga i aktivnosti, ali ja cak ni tad nebi uzimao l-carnitin, ef/cof stack bi bolje odradio taj posao, znaš i sam

Ne bih se složio, ja treniram ko lav a jedem kao slon, doslovno. Nikad nisam imao bolje rezultate na defki, za nekih mjesec dana skinuo sam 6 cm u struku pa ti vidi

dobro je borg napisao, slažem se, jer obicno za onaj final touch moraš bit nisko s kalorijama i visoko s potrošnjom

ja sam koristio... prolabov l-carnitine... gle ima koristi, ali jedino ako vjezbas ko lav, a hranis se ko mis... daje energiju da izguras puno vise nego sto mozes i ako izbacis potpuno jednostavne UH, bit ce efekta... gledaj to ovako, djeluje kad ostvaris sve preduslove za to    u sustini ti pomaze da prilkom treninga pokrenes potrosnju skladistenih masti... al treninzi moraju bit bas zestoki... 85% trening, š5% fat burner... sam pokrenes gubitak masti, tj. mrsanje i onda te fb samo malo jos pogura u tome

jbt radi ak si npr. na š0, šš% bf-a i kad oceš defku dovest do kraja, dakle šecer na kraju, u tom smislu može, cisto da ti pomogne izgurati treninge do kraja i da smanji apetit i to ne svaki fat burner i sigurno ne bilo kakav

ak si fat f**k nema ti pomoci i od cijele kutije fat burnera
