+š Slažem se sa svime, bilo kakva dizanja, povlacenja iza glave su nepotrebna , ne dobivaš njima ništa posebno, a drasticno povecavaju rizik od ozljede zbog neprirodno postavljenog i rotiranog ramena u krajnji polozaj.Rađe poslušaj covjeka White |

Slika je trebala pojasnit razlog :)
No dok ih nisam poceo radit, ovo na slici nisam mogao ni zadržat jer su mi ramena umirala i bilo je bolova, ali nakon forsiranja tih "izaglavnih" zgibova ovo više nije nemoguca misija :) |

Slika ne objasnjava bas razlog. Ono zbog cega to prije nisi mogao je flexibinost ramenog obruca. Da istezes ramena dobio bi ju,ovako si na ovaj nacin dobio tu flexibilnost forsirajuci te zgibove, no to je vrlo los nacin za doc do tog streacha i potencionalno vrlo opasan po pitanje ozljede. A kad jednom zeznes rame onda zaboravi ikad vise taj pokret. Kvaliteta vjezbanja i karijera ce ti trajat onolko kolko budes zdrav, tak da bi ti cilj trebao biti produziti to a ne sabotirati. U svakom slucaju tvoja odluka.

što se tice flexibilnosti s tim nemam problema. Baš zbog toga što sam preflexibilan falila mi je snaga u tom dijelu ramena da bi se mogao držat u toj pozi što sam dobio baš ovim "naglašenim" podizanjem i izdržaju u stoju, al da ne spominjem cijeli trening za taj dio ramena. No da ne duljim tih "izaglavnih" napravim možda baš 20 na tjedan tek toliko radi izdržaja ne da ih pumpam vec se podignem i držim tu pozu određeni vremenski period i to je to tako da se nemam što previše bojat ozljede.

cucanj š00 kg bench 90 kg zgibovi - široki nadhvat, š0 komada sa obješenom girjom od š6 kila nego, gdje je to otprilike za osobu od 78 kila?
