kažem, SS je super program za pocetnike i 99% ljudi koji su krenuli sa treninzima snage su radili to ili neku verziju od 5x5...
al ni Rip ni Wendler nisu imali ne znam kakve rezultate (mislim na raw)
tako da mogu samo i propovijedat pocetnicima...

Head Position 

The head position is the one point most experts agree on! The head should be up, the shoulders back and the chest out. This will keep the spine in an erect position avoiding injury and not compromising leverage. t has been observed in many sports, that the body tends to lean in the direction in which the eyes are pointed. When looking down, one tends to lean forward. It works best to find an imaginary spot about eye level when standing erect and keep the eyes fixed on this spot during descent and ascent.

cucanj slabiji od bencha, tu nešto debelo ne štima.

Kettlebell clean & press: 36kg na 66.6kg tjelesne težine. Išao sam probati i uspjelo je bez vecih problema.

Nedavno sam pregledavao postove na temi o novogodišnjim željama za 20š0. godinu. Jedna od mojih je bila da pocnem trenirati sa kettlebellom od 32kg koji mi je tada bio maksimalna težina u pressu. Nisam do toga došao u 20š0. ali sada jesam. One down :)

Kupih si gurtne (konacno) i sad sam na DL na 50 kg 8 ponavljanja. Obzirom da se nisam s 35 kg mogla maknut dost dugo mnogo sam zadovoljna
cucanj je sad na 70 kg 8 ponavljanja (zadnja 2 uz asistenciju). Obzirom da imam 50 kg nije loše

P. S. Dallila pa to je super grejt, stvarno si jaka, svaka cast. Ak nije tajna koliko kg imaš?
