Misliš tjelesne kilaže? Oko 66kg se vrtim... Danas je bilo još bolje: 3 x 4 zgiba sa 24kg dodatne težine :) |

Danas novi uspjeh! Napredovao sam stvarno puno u zadnjuh nekoliko tjedana, iako se uopce ne ubijam na treninzima.
Poceo sam sa dva neispravna zgiba sa +24 kg, a danas sam napravio 4 serije po 3 ponavljanja sa +28kg :))) Prije toga sam napravio 5 serija po 2 miliary pressa sa dva kettlebella od 28kg. Sve skupa nisam ocekivao da ce tako dobro proci. Mislio sam se malo testirati a ono napravio trening :)) |

bench press - 85kg 4x , cucanj - na hak masini š90kg 6x (pocinjem vjezbati tehniku za cucnjeve), zgibovi - 5x sa +20 kg, veslanje u pretklonu 60kg 6x, biceps pregib 30kg 5x
