Head Position 

The head position is the one point most experts agree on! The head should be up, the shoulders back and the chest out. This will keep the spine in an erect position avoiding injury and not compromising leverage. t has been observed in many sports, that the body tends to lean in the direction in which the eyes are pointed. When looking down, one tends to lean forward. It works best to find an imaginary spot about eye level when standing erect and keep the eyes fixed on this spot during descent and ascent.

ja osobno više volim Rusku školu Big smile

kažem, SS je super program za pocetnike i 99% ljudi koji su krenuli sa treninzima snage su radili to ili neku verziju od 5x5...
al ni Rip ni Wendler nisu imali ne znam kakve rezultate (mislim na raw)
tako da mogu samo i propovijedat pocetnicima...

Jbg, svako ima pravo na svoje misljenje, ja sam se uvjerio da oba funkcioniraju, i moze se jako daleko stici s ako pratis jednog od njih dvojice; ili obojicu. 
Propovjedaju istu stvar, a to je postupno povecavanje opterecenja kroz razlicite sheme, a to je jedino sto pali, progresivan trening.

osobno mi i nisu oni neki autoriteti...

SS je super program, al Rip je poceo previše filozofirat i izmišljat toplu vodu...
a 5/3/š mi nikad nije bio nešto, a i niko se ne hvali sa previše dobivene snage sa tim programom...

Jednom prilikom su Jim Wendler i Mark Rippetoe govorili o tome, i rekli su da je to glupa rasprava, glava gore ili dolje.
Savjet, probaj oboje, pa vidi kako si jaci i cvrsci.
Nema generaliziranja.
Meni osobno pase gledanje u pod, odnosno drzanje glave u pravcu sa kraljeznicom, pa cim ides dublje i kako se kut torza mijenja, pogled ide nize. 
Drugi me ne mogu gledat dok to radim Smile

osobno me od cucnja nisu nikad boljela koljena
kako sam loše građen za cucanj, trebalo mi je neko vrijeme da nađem tehniku koja mi najviše paše, al eto, napokon je i to sjelo Big smile
ja isto stanem otprilike u širini ramena, možda mrvicu šire, a šipku stavim ispod trapeza jer pokušavam više leđa ukljucit u pokret (puno su mi jaca od nogu), tako da je bolja poluga...
isto lomim prvo u kukovima i onda guram dupe prema nazad

Evo jedno zapažanje, možda ce pomoci nekome tko je u slicnoj situaciji kao što sam i ja bio...

Dok se nisam prebacio na powerlifting cucanj, doslovno su me nakon svakog treninga nogu (bilderski, zadnji cucanj) užasno boljela koljena, nekad manje nekad više. A ono, efekta na upalu gotovo da i nije bilo...

Sad je stvar totalno drukcija, maltene radim zagrijavanja sa kilažama koje su mi tada bile blizu maxeva, a koljena bez ikakvih bolova.

Tako da cucanj se može raditi bez da bole koljena ali treba ga znat radit.

jao, evo ga na.. :P postao je video na kojem je katastrofalno loše radio, pa sam mu dao par savjeta, nesjecam se tocno koji, ali vjerujem da je bilo oko toga da inicira pokret u kuku i ide unazad kao da ce sjesti na stolicu, kako bi mu potkoljenice bile što okomitije na stopalo, jer se radilo o stražnjem cucnju.. nije se išlo nešto preduboko u tehniku ali osnove su se morale napomenuti jer bi se covjek ozljedio :)
