S jedne strane i ne vjerujem da su ga mogli napraviti takvog da bude š9g p (sve mi nekako vuce na marketinški trik jer zdenkin posni od 800g ima š2gp...), dok opet s druge strane gledam na to da ako me jednako zasiti kao i ostali sirevi da tu nema razlike onda. Jednako kao i whey izolat i koncentrat...meni je to isti qrac, zagrabim jednaku mjericu ovog il onog.

  ali barem u 250g pojedes nesto vise proteina nego u drugim sirevima.. onako 30g, ovako skoro 50..

ne znam di smo rekli da se jede poslije pwm-a, govorili smo da se može jest kao pwm - mislim, može se i poslije u prvom krutom obroku kao izvor proteina umjesto npr. mesa u kombinaciji sa složenim uh..

posni --> svježi sir s minimumom masnoce - otprilike oko 2 grama

taj zrnati je ok

 



da pwm zeznuo sam se dok sam tipkao


odlicno ako je ok,ali na njemu pise da ima jako malo proteina,tako da nisam pameytan vise

ali ako kazes das je ok onda cu taj papati
uporan sam ,uporan :-)))
