Nije bas OT , ali kad si spomenuo loptu i sklekove neki dan sam vidio curu u teretani da radi cucnjeve na lopti, bez opterecenja, ali svejedno jako zanimljivo i impresivno za vidjet s obzirom kolko se lopta mice i kolko moraš balansirat

Nije sve u š seriji - serija mi je cca. 35 komada .. radim toliko da mogu relativno brzo raditi seriju za serijom tako da sam za cca. 5-š0min gotov.

50, 5 serija razlicitih, na podu, pa s nogama na povišenom, pa s pljeskom,, pa ti na lopti...svašta da ne bude dosadno!!!

muških š0-š5 po seriji a ženskih bi mogla ma bar 40-50...

  Radim sklekove po jednom push-ups programu, fino mi ide.. trenutno radim otprilike 40ak komada maximalu :P A prije sam vise mogao.
