Sklekovi - koliko napravite?

  ne želim donositi neke brzoplete zakljucke, ali me stvarno zanima kakve sklekove radite vi koji ih napravite š00 u seriji..

ja vjerojatno sam sebi otežavam, radim ih skoro do poda, skroz sporo, ruke široko, noge na povišenom..
na taj nacin ih napravim plafon 30 u seriji, znaju iskociti žile po prsima, hodam ko Pamela..

..al mi š00 komada ne ide u glavu
(a radim ih mjesecima, godinama..)

idem sada probati maximum

  Ne vjerujem da oni koji naprave š00komada u seriji rade bas toliko sporo :D ... Ja radim š sklek/š sec ... Umjereno... Takoder, ruke su mi siroko i to mi je cak i lakse nego usko ...

  znam, siroko ide na prsa, a usko na triceps...? A sad me zanima, koji odredeni dio prsa? Ja mislim da je vise onaj uz rame, jer me taj dio ubija sutradan...

Možeš utjecat samo na gornji i donji dio prsa, ne možeš utjecat na vanjski/unutarnji dio jer su mišicna vlakna prsa postavljena vodoravno a ne okomito.

Kada radiš sklekove s nogama na nekom povišenom predmetu(stolica,klupica...) više radi gornji dio, kad su noge na podu rade komplet prsa.

Uski stav ruku više stimulira tricepse, širi hvat prsa.

Nema, back to bodyweight vježbama i home workoutu..

Slažem se , u zadnja 2 mjeseca radim samo bodyweight vježbe( varijacije sklekova, cucnjeva, trbušnjaka, zgibovi, veslanja sa tijelom vlastitim, i još nekoliko vježbi tipa burpees, skokovi na kutiju, bear crawls, chair dips itd.) i moram ti priznati da sam se preprodio i zato BODYWEIGHT RULES!!!!!
