Upravo napravio 68 komada, inace nisam dugo isprobavao koliko mogu odjednom ali eto prije 4 mjeseca sam mogao oko 45 tako da je to vec bolje

Nije sve u š seriji - serija mi je cca. 35-40 komada .. radim toliko da mogu relativno brzo raditi seriju za serijom tako da sam za cca. 5-š0min gotov.

  rekord 52, a sad sam kupio one rucke i tu mi je rekord 26 (kako sam i predviđao tj. duplo manje)... ali svakim danom sve bolje i bolje

inace primjetio sam iz vlastitog iskustva da doslovno 90% ljudi nezna raditi sklekove. pogotovo lose rade kada forsiraju maksimum ponavljanja. opcenito sto zbog vlastitog ega,sto zbog neznanja uobicajene greske su da se nespustaju dovoljno duboko,nedizu prema gore do kraja (dok nezakljucaju laktove) i nedrze glavu skroz prema gore i nedrze stabilno kukove i tijelo. inace ima na youtube-u videa kako se pravilno rade sklekovi,samo sto jedno je znati to u teoriji a drugo je uociti greske kod sebe. inace daleko efektivnije i apsolutno esencijalno za "pravu" snagu je da sve vjezbe izvodite pravilno. recimo oko š7% djece koja pocnu radit sklekove oko svoje š5te godine dobiju blagu kifozu zbog nepravilnog izvodenja vjezbe. inace ako krenete raditi poslje 22 godine kad vam je okostavanje vec zavrsilo drasticno se smanjuje vjerojatnost kifoze kraljeznice. no opet,sa nepravilnim izvodenjem bilo koje vjezbe necete dobiti istu snagu kao kod pravilnog izvodenja.

eto da se pohvalim nakon pametovanja XD ,ja radim sklekove godinama(oko 3x tjedno po 3 serije,nikad neforsiram jer sport kojim se bavim to nezahtjeva) i nemogu napraviti vise od 50tak. stim da ih radim š00% pravilno. umjerenom brzinom i puni pokret.

A sklekove radim otkad znam za sebe, po mogucnosti pravilne
