Nije sve u š seriji - serija mi je cca. 35 komada .. radim toliko da mogu relativno brzo raditi seriju za serijom tako da sam za cca. 5-š0min gotov.

Nije bas OT , ali kad si spomenuo loptu i sklekove neki dan sam vidio curu u teretani da radi cucnjeve na lopti, bez opterecenja, ali svejedno jako zanimljivo i impresivno za vidjet s obzirom kolko se lopta mice i kolko moraš balansirat

Poceo sam raditi sklekove s Iron Gymom i nekako mi je bolje..

Jel tko od vas koristio sklekomat i takve pomocne naprave kod sklekova?

rekord 58, prije jedno 2-3 mjeseca nppravljen. onda sam
nazalost malo stao, i sad u zadnjih 3-4 tjedna opet radim
svaki dan, i dogurao sam do 53
