Ne, gornjeg Jucer sam donji odradila doma i malo na poslu pa nisam mogla, al sutra bi mogla probat tu verziju, da ti pravo kažem ni meni ne zvuci najbolje :) |

Ja sam jucer HIIT 20min, popio PWM i onda setnja 30min.. nije mi se dalo vise.. hehe.. ali danas nakon utega bude jos HIIT š0min pa PWM... |

Ja sam danas probao sprintanje.. i skoro se srusio.. upala misica od cucnja valjda jucer.. odmah se vratio kuci i odradio HIIT na boksackoj vreci, pa PWM i onda setnja..

Da, sad je pojasnio... ja cu radije odradit brzi HIIT i onda PWM, jer mi se neda gubit jos 60min...

pa cek, nakon hiit treninga zar ne padas u katabolizam. takodjer ti iscrpis misice i ispraznis zalihe glikogena.

Mislim da cu prednost dat HIIT varijanti jer je jednostavnija s obzirom da treniram u garazi.. jer u suprotnom slucaju, trebao bih znojan ici setat po Trsatu
A u dane kad se ne rade utezi, kad odradjujem sprinteve, takodjer pijem PWM sa dekstrozom? |

Ako tako postaviš pitanje onda je odgovor DA. Osobna preporuka - probaj oba principa, svaki po tjedan dana i vidi koji ti više odgovara. Jedina je prednost kod tih hiit varijanti što imaš puno više nacina izvođenja (bb compleksi, bw compleksi, ab circuit, trcanje, bicikl itd.) dok je za ovo drugo hodanje jedini izbor. |

Znaci zakljucno je da ili odmah nakon utega PWM pa 45-60min kardio niskog intenziteta, ili HIIT u trajanju od š5min nakon utega, pa PWM?
