mozes radit i klasicne trbusnjake, ali probaj s opterecenjem (uzmes plocu od 5-š0 kg odnosno koliko mozes) i napravis š0-š5 ponavljanja, odradi 3-4 serije |

bolje radit neku vjezbu koja ce vjezbat cijeli trup skupa sa trbusnjacima, nego iskljucivo trbusnjake. znam da tupim sa ovom vjezbom, al svejedno cu rec: floor wipers

Najbolje vam je onda kombinirati pull up širokim nathvatom i chin up uskim pothvatom i paziti da ne ukljucite previše bicepse kod ovih zadnjih

kad radim zgibove siroki hvat (sire od ramena) osjetim bol u ramenom zglobu tak da sam prestao radit tako zgibove, sad samo u sirini ramena i uze

zato san i postavija to pitanje. ja kombiniran srednji hvat(otprilike sirina ramena) i uski hvat(ruka do ruke). |

nađi na internetu neki 5x5 trening i radi ga 3 X tjedno, mislim da ti je to za pocetak ok edit: da za masu je bolje uzet vecu tezinu i radit manje ponavljanjaEdited by soner_9393 |

tako je, nije pravilo ja znam da vecini pase 5x5 dok su na masi,al kazem razlika mase i definicije je samo u prehrani a ne u treningu...Davore , nemoras se odmah zivcirat Edited by soner_9393 |
