mozes radit i klasicne trbusnjake, ali probaj s opterecenjem (uzmes plocu od 5-š0 kg odnosno koliko mozes) i napravis š0-š5 ponavljanja, odradi 3-4 serije

bolje radit neku vjezbu koja ce vjezbat cijeli trup skupa sa trbusnjacima, nego iskljucivo trbusnjake. znam da tupim sa ovom vjezbom, al svejedno cu rec: floor wipers

vidiš to nisam znao.. široki hvat mi je nekako teži pa sam uvijek išao po toj logici da je bolji za latove

 Najbolje vam je onda kombinirati pull up širokim nathvatom i chin up uskim pothvatom i paziti da ne ukljucite previše bicepse kod ovih zadnjih

 kad radim zgibove siroki hvat (sire od ramena) osjetim bol u ramenom zglobu tak da sam prestao radit tako zgibove, sad samo u sirini ramena i uze

zato san i postavija to pitanje. ja kombiniran srednji hvat(otprilike sirina ramena) i uski hvat(ruka do ruke).

nađi na internetu neki 5x5 trening i radi ga 3 X tjedno, mislim da ti je to za pocetak ok

 edit: da za masu je bolje uzet vecu tezinu i radit manje ponavljanja

ja znam da vecini pase 5x5 dok su na masi,al kazem razlika mase i definicije je samo u prehrani a ne u treningu...Davore , nemoras se odmah zivcirat
