hmm ajmo rec da je to trening za skidanje sala i takav trening tebi nije preporucljiv ako hoces masu, radi rađe  prsa/biceps....leđa/triceps...noge/ramena ili nesto slicno

  to sam kupio u dm...das gesunde plus eiweiss 90..
ok pogledat cu tam..
i dok si treniro savate box jel si dobio na masi?kakav ti je to kružni trening?
imam oko š84 i 70kg..tak da bih stvarno trebao poraditi na masi
stipo...

ja sam trenirao savate box, i najcešce radio kružni trening i naravno išao u teretanu

vjezbaj u teretani,tih 30 g uzmi poslije treninga i dodaj tu 50-60 g grožđanog secera

btw:za dobivanje na masi trebas i odgovarajuci program prehrane jer tih 30 g  proteina nije dovoljno ...pogledaj u FAQ

ako hoces poradit na masi onda odi u teretanu jer su thai boks i jiujitsu crobni sportovi i tu ne mozes dobit na masi tj jako tesko

ma nemogu proteini ostetit jetru, samo u ako unosis previse proteina(450-500g ) dnevno

pa možeš i teretanu i trenirat jedno od to dvoje...ako imaš
vremena zašto ne.

u biti imam problem...trebam poraditi na masi..redovito vježbam i krenio sam uzimat proteine 90..cuo sam kako ti proteini mogu oštetit jetru..jel to istina?
i još me zanima da li da idem u teretanu ili da treniran tai boks i brazilski yiu yitsu?koja ce biti razlika?
