  Opcenito radi dosta na mišicima leđa i trbuha... I na istezanju stražnje lože i leđa....

  Kreni polako i oprezno....po mogucnosti ako nisi bio u teretani prije neka ti netko par puta ipak pokaže vježbe i to je to.....;)

evo ovako tri godine sam trenirao muay thai i sada sam krenuo u teretanu..imam š6 godina i skoliozu,lijevo lumbalno a u predjelu prsnog kosa ide u desno..pa me zanima smijem li se normalno baviti "bildanjem"...ili nesmijem raditi neke vjezbe...nije ta skolioza nesto pretjerana ali neznam tocno koliko je stupnjeva..
