Samo ja nisam vidio da ona spominje jednostavne UH, vec i složene pa me to zbunjuje.



mislim da je problem u tome što ona misli da su musli složeni UH

a što se tice reakcije na UH, to ovisi od osobe do osobe, neki budu puni energije, nekima se spava, ovi drugi su manje "podobni" za konzumaciju UH do ih prvi mogu više i cešce konzumirati

Mislim da se kod Ann radi o netoleranciji na UH!

Musli su preslatki i stoga dignu pre visoko inzulin što te uspava, probaj sa ne zaslađenim zobenima, skuhanima u malo mlijeka (kroz 3 -4 min)

Mogu ti reci kako je meni bilo u fazi kad nisam jela po 2 dana - jednostavno bih zaboravila, pregladnila i tako 2 dana. Onda bih "pojela" jogurt i onda opet ništa 2 dana. cim prestanem redovito trenirati, gubim želju za hranom i ujutro pijuckam kavicu sat, 2 pa se onda bacim na dorucak.

ja san navika vjezbat oko sat-sat i po poslin rucka to bi bilo negdi oko 2,2 i po ali sad teretana ce samo radit dvokratno tako da popodbe tek od 4 radi i to mi je malo sjebano jer tada uglavnom zavrsavan trening i sad cu uz rucak opet nesto oko 3 morat pojest. sta se dorucka tice zobene prelijen sa whey shakeon i to mi je nekako dosta do rucka jer se oko šš obicno dizen,a navecer veceran oko 7 i po,oko 9 pojeden 2,3 jaja i š00 gr kikirikija ili orasa i prije spavanja posni,i jos uz rucak i ostale obroke uvik iman energije

lol, niste me shvatili, vježbam recimo u 20:00 h, onda popijem shake i pojedem si posni i sve, nego dan poslije, tj. jutro poslije sam baš fino gladan :D

Osim ako nemaš izbora, vježbanje u jutarnjem dijelu dana s tegovima i nije najbolja opcija  Ujutro je metabolizam ionako ubrzan (još ako se odradi i kardio tim bolje) i osjetljiv na apsorcpiju nutrijenata, pogotovo UH, tako da ako tegove odvojiš popodne zadaš još jedan kick metabolizmu (i ponovno sve benefite toga), umjesto samo jednog kicka u dijelu dana kad je on ionako aktivan i ubrzan.

No ako si teški ekto ili mezo, onda ceš vrlo vjerojatno zanemariti ove info

A svašta tu može bit....bioritam, malo sna, loš san, stres... ne znam, ja sam uvijek imala najviše energije ujutro tako da nemam iskustva s tim..
