Za ovu vježbu sve preko 5 pon je "smrt" jer je to vježba dizajnirana kao dio maksimalnog pokušaja dizanja uzega s poda, odnosno š pokušaj. |

Vjezbu clean nisam kretao ucit.. ucio sam clean&press, ali vjezbu clean sam prije radio radi boksa.. ipak radi i vrat i prednje rame

Ono što želim reci davore je da si prije desetak dana tek kretao uciti vježbu a sad radiš 6 ponavljanja

A to vidjeh,da. Ali trenutno i ova tezina djeluje na misice ramena maksimalno moguce s obzirom na njihovu snagu. |

Nemoj se nadati previše kg jer to nije vježba na kojoj ti snaga raste jednako brzo kao na mrtvom. |

Ne bih rekao, cak štoviše, barem neka mala kilaža je potrebna na krajevima šipke da dobiješ osjecaj težine jer ako si cca 90kg šipka od 20kg ak je olimpijska ti u ruci leži kao cackalica a buduci da je pokret eksplozivan teško ceš to savladat. O tome se govori i u Starting Strength-u. |

Clean je preporucljivo prvo poceti uciti samo sa šipkom

E u tom slucaju ako izbacim arnoldov potisak, mogu odvojit rame na 3 vjezbe, hang clean, military press i lateralno.. |

Zahtjevne jesu,da.. ali kao sto si mi u PM napisao da s obzirom na onaj program, bih dosta trebao toga mjenjat, probat cu ipak odradit tu vjezbu, jer sljedeci trening od ramena koristim lateralno odrucenje, te zadnji dan arnoldov potisak..jedino mozda ako mislis, da posto radim vec military press, da mi ne treba arnoldov? |
