Može ali to onda nije hang clean. Pogledaj malo po netu video izvođenja. Pri manjim kilažam je još ok, ali kasnije kad povecaš ceš itekako trebati leg drive da izbaciš šipku u visinu na ramena.


Kuzim,da.. jer ja radim npr. 3x8 prednji cucanj, i onda uzmem taj clean kao, ali ustvari,  nije to clean nego povlacenje sipke do brade..

Kak ne? Probaj raditi Zercher squat. Navodno taj isti nije imao doma squat rack pa je morao tako improvizirati. Malo je hebada al vjerujem da bi imao bolji obicni cucanj od svih nas da probaš tako raditi

E o hang clean-u je rijec. tocno Thorn. Pa taj dio je najtezi da, prebacaj.. lako je kad imas na stalku tezinu iznad pa samo podignes, a ovako kad moras sam dignut.. hm hm..

Inace bih ja sve vjezbe u garaz radio, imam sve potrebno.. Jedino je problem cucanj jer nemam di fiksirat uteg na visini, pa bih ga ovako trebao sa poda podignut pa na sebe, a to bas nejde

Hang clean (vjerojatno davore misliš na hang clean a ne obicni clean s poda) je još ok i užitak radit jer moš tovarit više kg neg na presu ali kad treba potisnuti iznad glave, e tu pocinje hebada.

Ha ha.. moglo bi biti tako nesto.. a to slucajno danas..mislio 30kg prva serija..kad ono pogledam bolje nakon zavrsetka, eto 40

Podebljao sam bitno. Nisam savjetovao nigdje više od pet ponavljanja niti više od 8 serija. Dakle, prvi trening 3x8 sam mislio na 3 ponavljanja u 8 serija. Tako sam i sam radio.

Ali nema veze, samo nisam htio da ostane nejasno što želim reci/napisati.
