Moj tata ima 68 pa svaki dan odradi i par sati brzog hoda, a da ne spominjem da se sam vere po maslinama kad je berba(evo, baš sad , ovih dana), a masline su gori na Biokovu, ne baš nisko

Hihihi, to je kao kad moja tata meni kaže: "Ma šta ti, pa ja sam prije stalno trcao!!! Prije... 20 godina!"


Ipak je to premalo.... I šta to znaci "u godinama"? Nisi citao prije cca tjedan dana o 50-ogodišnjaku koji trci š00 m ispod š4 sec?!

Godine nemaju veze, znam puno svojih vršnjaka koji ne bi mogli pretrcati ni tih 2 km.

  U teretani sam sat vremena bicikl, steper - skacem s jednog na drugo da mi nedosadi, a kad je lijepo vrijeme 3 kruga po jarunu svaki dan.... Nema ljepšeg od treninga na svježem zraku!

  imam timer za runde.. pa mi svakih š5sec zvoni.. i onda odradim jedno š0sec seriju, pa opet š5min normalno

Kakve intervale radiš? Jednak rad i odmor ili drugacije? Radiš li uvijek na isto vrijeme intervala ili ih mijenjaš ovisno o tom danu (razina motivacije i/ili umora)?

najdraži kardio mi je preko ljeta kada sa legom i ekipom nabacim odbojku na pjesku :) odlican sport!
