Ma neznam, neki k u zraku ili što ja znam.. jednostavno loše.. kompleksne vježbe nula, no cim sam shvatio da nece ici, odradio gornji dio tijela sa bucicama vecinom, plus malo zgibova serija dipsa, i tako... barem nešto da bude

Je..nešt je u zraku ovih dana. Danas došao u teretanu a ono ocaj..di koji lik nateže biceps curl ili siluje lat mašinu, mjuza na najtišem, a ti trebaš radit ko veliki, yeah...

Tak da sam s "užitkom" odradio svoje 3 vježbe i pravac doma. Kako mi se sviđa 5/3/š to je nevjerojatno!

A i tu u Rijeci je nesto cudno u zraku. Vidim da u teretani nisu motivirani, ali kao sto Thornu ne smeta, tako bome ni meni. Onda jos s vise volje odradjujem trening.

Bome , dobro si odradio.. velike tezine, dosta ponavljanja. A mogu pitat zasto toliko ponavljanja radis?

arnoldov potisak š5xš0(u svakoj ruci po š0) š2xš0 š0xš0

i jos vjezbe sa utezima neznam kako se zovu

trbusnjaci izmedu svega 60 normalni i po 60 bocni sa svake strane

jel to ok tako??

Bome , dobro si odradio.. velike tezine, dosta ponavljanja. A mogu pitat zasto toliko ponavljanja radis?

Ja bih radije pitao cemu toliko sprava i sajli, pogotovo za leđa? Koji je razlog?

pa radim ih jer zelim srediti trbusne misice,a ne da mi skembica stoji...doduse i nema je,ali eto......nesklodi...


pod sta spada full body trening??

mislim sta podrazumjeva?

Podrazumjeva to da u jendom treningu odradiš cijelo tijelo a ne samo "leđa i biceps" i slicne kombinacije (što se zove split )kao podjeljeno po mišicnim skupinama

samo nisam napisao sve vjezbe...danas sam npr. bio 2.5 sati u teretani
