Ma neznam, neki k u zraku ili što ja znam.. jednostavno loše.. kompleksne vježbe nula, no cim sam shvatio da nece ici, odradio gornji dio tijela sa bucicama vecinom, plus malo zgibova serija dipsa, i tako... barem nešto da bude |

Je..nešt je u zraku ovih dana. Danas došao u teretanu a ono ocaj..di koji lik nateže biceps curl ili siluje lat mašinu, mjuza na najtišem, a ti trebaš radit ko veliki, yeah... Tak da sam s "užitkom" odradio svoje 3 vježbe i pravac doma. Kako mi se sviđa 5/3/š to je nevjerojatno! |

A i tu u Rijeci je nesto cudno u zraku. Vidim da u teretani nisu motivirani, ali kao sto Thornu ne smeta, tako bome ni meni. Onda jos s vise volje odradjujem trening. |

onda trening napravi ''na živce''. to mi je metoda kad mi padne volja ''živci,agresija...'' inace, danas leđa: zgibovi 2xš2, 2x8 (sa utegom od 6 kg) mrtvo dizanje, š0xš00, š0xšš0, 8xš20 veslanje na mašini š0x70, š0x80, š0x90 lat mašina iza glave š0x60, š0x60, š0x60 jednorucno veslanje na sajli š0X45, š0x45, š0x 45 |

Podrazumjeva to da u jendom treningu odradiš cijelo tijelo a ne samo "leđa i biceps" i slicne kombinacije (što se zove split )kao podjeljeno po mišicnim skupinama
