Tracy Anderson i njene vježbe s utezicima naginju kardiu više nego treningu snage...barem ono što sam imao prilike vidjeti. Tako da i nije bed odraditi to na Thein nacin. Jedino ostaje pitanje trajanja citavog treninga (koji ispada oko sat i pol do sat i 45 minuta gotovo cistog kardia).

Moram priznat da nisam išla za tim da se radi o Tracy . Da, ona koristi više kardio pristup, male težine i više ponavljanja....s cim se ne slažem ali ni ne govorim da je njen princip loš. Ako Thei tako odgovara (a vidjeli smo po slikama da odgovara ) onda ok!

Ja sam osobno više orijentirana na vece težine i manja ponavljanja i u relativno kratko vrijeme sam uspjela lijepo oblikovat ruke i ramena...a i više volim kad se moram malo pomucit, tek onda imam osjecaj da nešto radim :)

Opcenito mi je po važnosti trening snage ispred kardio treninga tako da bi me npr. sat vremena kardia prije utega definitivno uništilo. No sve, između ostalog, ovisi o preferencijama - Theia najbolje zna što želi, a i ocito joj je ovo prava stvar za to....ne možemo rec da se ne vidi :) ljudi moraju sami nac svoj najbolji nacin....

  siroki zgibovi: 2x8

  mrtvo dizanje: 8(š00), 6(šš0), 4(š20)
  cleans:2x8 (30), 5(40)

  biceps pregib ravnom sipkom: 8(40),4(40), 4(45)
  triceps potisak sa cela r. sipkom: 3x8 (40)

 Nakon mrtvog dizanja nisam imao snage vise za cucnjeve :(

Hehe.. shvatih to danas.. u srijedu ce biti veslanje u pretklonu pa ce pasti cucanj..

Rade noge dosta tj. zadnja loža kod klasicnog mrtvog, barem bi trebale ako zauzmeš dobar pocetni položaj tako da ne vuceš sve iz leđa.

Heh noge i leđa zajedno, zbog toga ne volim klasicne full bodye. Onda radi nešto za noge gdje nema tolikog trošenja donjih leđa.

  Budem se sada pozabavio programom.. mozda odredim jedan dan samo za noge.. jer full body me dosta iscrpljuje..

 napredak od pred 2 tjdna znacajan..

  Uf.. slabo je to.. do nove godine ciljam bench da dignem š20kg, mrtvo š50kg, cucanj nek bude š00(zbog koljena i to uspjeh), i mozda cleans nek bude 70kg
