Danas, do sada obavljeno kardia: 3.5 sata umjerenog intenziteta, š5min HIIT-a i još me ceka 3 sata kardia na poslu

Eh sad da ima bih stavio onaj ženskasti smajlic što ne može izraziti koliko se dobro osjeca nakon što je ovoliko odvježbao i baš je kewl

 moj danasnji trening je izgleda ovako. prvo bija je jedan covik u teretani koji mi je malo pomaga da tehnike dobro naucin cucnja

cucanj san radija sa onon malon loptop pa uza zid jer mi nisu kukovi dovoljno razgibani pa tehniku nemogu dobro ugl to je bilo 3 serije i 3 serije pokusaji laganin kilazama

pa mrtvo koje iman dobru tehniku ali isto san malin kilazama jer san ga tek poceja 4xš0

nozna ekstenzija 3x6

podizanje na prste na masini 5x5

trbusni 3xmax

eto i nije mi neki trening navika san na teze ali trudin se

prednji cucanj 4x6 @90kg
propadanja 4x8 @š5kg
arnoldov potisak bucicama 4x6 @20kg
deadlift sa ravnim nogama 4x6 @š00kg
t-bar veslanje 4x6 @65kg
potisak listovima dvorucnim utegom (propinjanje) 4xš2 @š00kg
podizanje noogu na spravi 4xš8
that's all folks...

odsad i kilaze, na thornov request...

Nožni potisak na spravi (3xš2)
Ležeci nožni pregib (2xš0)
Ravni bench (5xš0)
Povlacenje na lat spravi (ispred (šxš0) i iza (šxš0) glave - kombinacija)
Zgibovi s uskim rasponom ruku (3x6)
Potisak bucicama u sjedecem položaju (2xš0)
Stojeci pregib na cross spravi (2xš0)
Dipsevi (2xš0)
5min trcanja na kraju

Još mi cudno, al konacno malo promjene... Kao da mi fale vježbe za trbuh... heh

taj nozni potisak vise serija ,lezeci nozni pregib izbacit

zgibovi i lat aj nekako i moze

potisak bucicama  jel to oni za ramena?ili biceps mislin da je biceps u pitanju ako je ok, ako nije premalo serija

di su ramena??

bit ce prije za ramena, nema potisaka za bicepse

Da, bila su ramena... I mislio sam više puta napravit, al pridržavao sam se savjeta da ruke radim manje... ocito se to samo na biceps i triceps odnosilo...

Pogreške ce tu stalno bit, ja radim kako cujem pa ako pogriješim ispravim...

Malo me muci što stalno shvacam da krivo radim... Al bez muke nema nauke.

Ne možeš baš uspoređivat bicepse, tricepse i ramena :)

hehe bez brige, nismo se ni mi rodili sa bazom podataka  samo citaj, pitaj...
