A neznam.. nisam bio u teretani od š2. mj i sad sam poceo utege.. a cucanj bi ja sa vise, ali u garazi jos nemam stalak, pa jedino tako s poda uspijem prebacit preko glave uteg.. ako je tezi, nemogu bas

U pon krecem u teretanu pa ce doci za 2 tjedna prave tezine..

Ali da.. na cucnju sam slab jer su mi na nogama puknuti prednji krizni ligamenti.. pa nemogu bas ni riskirat.. opasno mi je i cucnut bez utega, a tek sa utegom

napravi ono sto sam ti poslao, vidjet ces, pitaces se kako si radio bez toga... ja sam to skrpio za sat i pol, i sad mi je postalo nezamjenjivo.
i odoh ja u offtopic...

  Danas hiit, oko pol sata..malo manje.... ;) i to je sve jer sam danas napravila 4 f**king masaže.... ;) Ali idem za pol sata u teretanu..... iako nemam pojma što cu danas tam raditi....;) ali idem...;)
