  hm..isprika...nisam odmah odmah.... radila sam nakon 5, 6h... a sa grupoom sam odradila...jer im se danas nije dalo..pa ako ja ne radim..onda mi nemaju nikakav tempo..pa .....

Al inace bi htjela raditi više treninga snage...al budem malo preiscrpljena....

Po obicaju - full body, samo za u zadnja dva tjedna još dodao i zgibove... ne ide još preko 5 zgibova (3x), al polako to... ne vidim baš ikog da radi zgibove...

deadlift x5
power clean x5
push press x5
front squat x5
takvih 5 krugova

majku mu, mislio sam da ce bit malo lakse

da se i ja javnem:

danas š0 zgibova, 20 dipseva, 30 sklekova, 40 trbusnih, 50 cucnjeva, 5 serija. PREDOBRO al plako sam  pauza po potrebi da se dodje do daha

 

 predobra stvar su full body treninzi,nesto po crossfit sistemu, probajte thuster (prednji cucanj sa military press u kombinaciji) i to sa zgibovima, ili nabacaj s cucnjem i zgibove.

  evo kružni: 3 serije po š5 ponavljanja:
  cucanj sa bucicama od 4kg
  potisak iznad glave (bucice od 4kg)
  iskorak (bucice 4kg)
  lateralno podizanje ruku (bucice 2kg)
  iskorak na stolicu (bucice 4kg)
  sklekovi (muški 8 pa dalje ženski)
  deadlift sa bucicama (4kg)
  veslanje sa bucicama u pretklonu (4kg)

  s tim da nema odmora između vježbi, a nakon šta prođem sve vježbe 2-3min odmora

 ja nakon jutrasnjeg kardia, popodne 60min full body:

4x6 sve vjezbe

straznji cucanj

ravni bench

veslanje u pretklonu

vojnicki potisak

sada 60min brzog hodanja

 Ajd jedno pitanjce koje sam postavio još davno prije al ga nitko ocito nije primijetio, zašto pišete nazive vježbi i eventualno ponavljanja x serije ako ne napišete kilažu?

Dajte bar neke brojke da znamo na cemu ste

Kako mislis x5? 5x28,5=š42,5kg?? ili sa 28,5kg sve vjezbe?
