Zabundaš se i super :) Ma oce i prije al kad ugrije odma cemo se skinut u kratke...ko i prošle godine, iz skafa u kratke rukave..

Rijetko sam na a/a, dugo ih nisam radila prije ove sub. jer uglavnom radim široke cucnjeve i sve ostale varijacije umjesto toga...al pošto sam za sub. planirala samo biciklu odradit na kraju mi je došo gušt pa sam malo tih izolacijskih superserija ubacila :)

Radim ti sa 45-50 kg i jedno i drugo, s tim da je 50 max. na našoj spravi  tako da cu još malo morat nekog uposlit da mi sjedne na ploce  A evo, u sub. sam odradila nekih 20 ponavljanja sa 40 kg, u 4 serije..

a na ekstenziji kad ju radim uglavnom radim piramidalni....krecem od 30 kg sa 4-5 ponavljanja, pa 25 kg od 8, pa 20 sa š0...itd... :)

povremeno nije loše ubacit, zašto ne....cisto promjene radi...ja ih sad odradila nakon dugo vremena, i da vidiš upale sljedeci dan :)

Totalno

Da stvar bude gora, nerijetko vidim i neke pocetnike kak udaraju po toj vježbi.

Nego, sigurno im je lakše sjest na tu spravicu i mal širit noge nego varirat stav nogu na cucnju gdje moraš bit š00% skoncentriran i stajat il ne daj bože odradit iskorak

Slažem se, definitivno je loše kad se samo to radi al zašto ne povremeno ubacit uz sve ostalo....škodit ne može :)

Ma to je neka bijesna kombinacija svega i svacega, svaki trening odradit velike misicne skupine + jos jednu izolacijsku. Ja sam htio full body radit svaki trening medjutim kolega s kojim radim nije se slozio sa idejom

  ;) nisam jutros ipak išla... danas ipak nije normalno...al idem ranije na posao da napravim jedan intervalni trening na bicikli.... umjesto ovog natašte...;)

Ne sicam se kad sam ovako iscidija majicu nakon
teretane...ocito jugo djeluje na mene!

napravija mali kardio danas,
orbitrek,vijaca,boksanje,sklekovi

odma sam bolje volje

 evo na thornov prijedlog odradija i ja barbell complex cardio i tih š0ak minuta me razvalilo dok san radija, i vec nakon malo odmora lagano dolazin k sebi iako nebi moga jos trenutno

ja danas HIIT na bic. + par serija sklekova i trbušnjaka...

  intervalni trening na bicikli...bila sam mokra ko miš... I poslje 50min body tehnika... dosta sam radila trbuh i noge...jer me još bole leđa i ruke od prekjucer... ;)

  Inace...dosta sam ubacila ovih intervalnih i kondicionih treninga, je to dobro? Fali mi vremena za treninge snage....
