okej,dobro ti možeš potegnut onda pressu od 75kg, kažem zato što i ja isto tako dižem , nekad 60 nekad 75kg, a bome mislim da cu sad stalno 75....

samo šta sam skužila, nemogu više uc u stare hlace kad radim s tim težinama , kao da mi se bedro proširilo umjesto da se smanji obujam...hm??

Imao sam donedavno slomljenu lijevu ruku, pa 6mj. bez treninga... lagano se vracam s bolovima u ruci .. pa stoga cete još sitno pricekati..


Ja u cetvrtak imam operaciju ramena necu dugo moci raditi skoro ništa od trbuha na gore

Sad sam baš na poslu išla provjeravat kolki mi je max....šRM...95 kg  cak sam i š00 uspjela nekako na jedva pola izvest al su me koljena štrecnula pa se uplaših

nisam ni znala kolku snagu imam u nogama..kako se covjek može podcijenit hehe...

ma..mene hlace ne brinu, naprotiv sve pada, kilaža stoji na mjestu , a noge se betoniraju :)

a bome zbog svih ovih težina...moram i ja u teretanu da vidim koliki je moj maximum... ;)

Gym isto tako je i kod mene, nogama bi vagon mogla povuc jer su jake , a gore sam tanka ko cackalica, ko što si ti jednom rekla nemogu vuc vrecice iz trgovine

i ja sam jucer odradila malo više za noge, pressa,cucnjevi, penjanje na klupu s utezima ....danas lagano bole nogice , a ja volim kad booooliiiiiiii

 za kardio!  Vani grize ali nedaš se, to cijenim

aa nenenene, ja mogu vuc vrecice iz trgovine   SAD, a prošlost ostavimo di joj je mjesto 

hehehe ma kod mene to zapravo smiješno izgleda jer bi na temelju izgleda vecina rekla da bi jedva 20-30 kg izvukla, a onda dođu poslije mene na press pa se izvrnu

Neka, neka, svaka cast  Meni tijelo totalno dobro reagira na te težine....

A jucer sam se i ja jedva iz kreveta digla :) Pogotovo zbog unutarnjih bedara, aduktora..majko mila, ko kaže da ih se aduktor mašinom ne može razvalit, vraga ne :) Pogotovo ako dugo ne radiš na tome..
