da se i ja malo pohvalim... ujutro 1,5h teretane - ledja na strunjaci, lat, još jedna sprava, deadlift 15kg.
navecer - sat vremena HIIT workout- snaga i aerobno, a onda sat vremena military drilla - obožavam Heart

A1 Push ups -10x4
A2 Pulls ups 7x3
B dips 7x3
C1 squat jumps 10x3
C2 leg raises 12x3
D burpees 30 sec. odmor i 30 sec. rad  X3
Što mislite ? A1 i A2 su supersetovi, znaci odradim jednu vježbu pa bez odmora drugu

ja bi radije sa push upsima inverted row u superseriju, a pull upse sa dipsima u drugu superseriju...

p.s. jucer Pokojec, 4 sata penjanja, trening samo takav Smile

kak' nemaš, imaš šipku za zgibove? uzmeš špagu i zavežeš ju za šiku za zgibove i u visini prsa zavežeš neki štap za koji se primiš, noge digneš na stolac i kud ceš bolje... Smile (tak i ja radim inverted doma na terase)

a jel bi mogao zavezati gore špagu i bez štapa odraditi inverted msm da sa svake strane špaga bude jednaka ?

pa, ako zavežeš dosta debelu špagu i zavežeš cvor na kraju, možeš, samo kaj je kod štapa bolje jer sa špagom imaš neutral grip, a sa štapom možeš i pronated i supinated grip...

Evo pošto se bavim kettlebellom tj. vježbam sa kb zanima me trejning.
Inace vježbam sa oko 5 serija 10 ponavljanja, osim za tursko dizanje sa 3 serije 4-5 ponavljanja.
Vježbam i bodyweight, ali zanima me prvenstveno kako bi mi trebao izgledati trening. Cilj mi je nešto veca mišicna masa , ali to cu dobiti dobrom prehranom. PLZZZZZ SAVJETI

hehe.. mislim da i mene zanima ista stvar.. ja u klubu treniram kettlebell, i tamo mi za pocetak daju tursko dizanje pol sata, military press 10x5, goblet squat 10x10, sklekovi 5 serija do otkaza, 4 serije trbusnjaka do otkaza..

hmm zašto tursko dizanje od pola sata , pa i sa mlilitary pressom i sklekovima rade ramena.
Plank je po meni bolji od trbušnjaka , al ajd dobro šta ja znam i di je SWING
