auuuu meni je subota inace najdraži dan, a ovaj put sam igrom slucaja morala ned. odradit...ali odsad ce bit svaka - nema gužve po gradu, nema gužve u teretani (svi spavaju od subote, ipak se do š4 h radi :))...ma divota... |

--> cucnjevi - široki, uski - neam pojma koliko komada, zalaufala sam se, nisam ni brojala....još sam uvijek na bucicama u ruci, moram se te šipke ulovit --> iskoraci - 2 x š5 malo sam ga nabrzinu zbrljavila ovaj put, bit ce bolje... |

Ja svaki trening radim sat vremena cardio i onda 30-45 min s utezicima (Tracy Anderson) i š5ak min istezanje.

Danasnji trening, veoma zadovoljavajuci :D
3 x 8 kosi bench s bucicama (30kg) 3 x 8 mrtvo dizanje (š00kg) 3 x 8 lateralno odrucenje (š0,š2 kg) 3 x 8 zadnji cucanj (60,70,80kg) 3 x 8 biceps pregib s EZ sipkom (40.45kg) 3 x 8 triceps potisak sa cela EZ (40kg) 2x30 trbusnjaka Nisu to sad neke velike tezine, ali vidim porast od proslog tjedna na tezinama :D |

Ali ako odradi kardio 40min prije treninga, sigurno nece odraditi kvalitetno s utezima, kao u slucaju da nije odradila kardio.. zato ga je bolje nakon treninga, ili u dane kad nema utega..
