Jooj, bez veze se raspravljate, drugo je napravit neki LI kardio ujutro, a drugo je odraditi trening sa utezima ili bilokakav ozbiljniji trening, mogu i ja ujutro trcati natašte, ali s insanityjem sam odustala nakon 5 min i nikad više tako što nisam probala LOL

hmm.. zasto se tyson na pripremama ustajao u 5 i isao trcat?  i nista pojest nakon toga nego opet spat do 10.. ovdje bi svi rekli da to nema veze s vezom.. he he

Embarrassed ajoj kad vidim šta vi sve možete a ja Cry ... eto danas drugi dan "vježbanja " uz Jillian M. za pocetnike i iskreno prijavljujem samo prvih 13 min.izdržala, šta da se zavaravam kad nisam mogla  više izdržati, ali to je bilonatašte  Approve ... Svaki pocetak je težak al motivirate me kad vidim kak drugi mogu a ja ne , e pa moci cu i ja

hmm zašto tursko dizanje od pola sata , pa i sa mlilitary pressom i sklekovima rade ramena.
Plank je po meni bolji od trbušnjaka , al ajd dobro šta ja znam i di je SWING

hehe.. mislim da i mene zanima ista stvar.. ja u klubu treniram kettlebell, i tamo mi za pocetak daju tursko dizanje pol sata, military press 10x5, goblet squat 10x10, sklekovi 5 serija do otkaza, 4 serije trbusnjaka do otkaza..

Evo pošto se bavim kettlebellom tj. vježbam sa kb zanima me trejning.
Inace vježbam sa oko 5 serija 10 ponavljanja, osim za tursko dizanje sa 3 serije 4-5 ponavljanja.
Vježbam i bodyweight, ali zanima me prvenstveno kako bi mi trebao izgledati trening. Cilj mi je nešto veca mišicna masa , ali to cu dobiti dobrom prehranom. PLZZZZZ SAVJETI

pa, ako zavežeš dosta debelu špagu i zavežeš cvor na kraju, možeš, samo kaj je kod štapa bolje jer sa špagom imaš neutral grip, a sa štapom možeš i pronated i supinated grip...
