Pa zasto ne odradis :

prsa+triceps
ledja+biceps
noge+ramena

jer sa prsima vec odradis dio tricepsa, i onda ga samo zavrsis, i takodjer tako ledjima odradis biceps malo.

 Dio teksta di se govori da se mišici istežu dok su hladni a tek onda zagrijavaju - TOTALNA GLUPOST!!! internet je super stvar što se može nac hrpa korisnih informacija o bilo kojoj temi tako i o vježbanju ali je i dvosjekli mac jer ima jako loših stvari koje onda neupuceni prihvacaju kao zdravo za gotovo. Jedna od takvih stvari je i uvodni clanak na ovoj temi

Upravo to. No dobro, to vjerojatno potjece od one prastare podjele prsa-biceps, leđa-trcieps i onda dakako noge-ramena. Ak je vec takva podjela onda bih radije razdvojio noge i ramena. Jer ako pošteno odradiš noge cisto sumnjam da ceš imati volje za išta drugo + što si vec premoren ko konj i koncentracija = 0.
