Je li to baš tako?  Mislim, teoretski u smislu in<out je, kile ce se tako sigurno gubit...ali koliko kvalitetno? Zbog toga je i slijedila druga recenica

A tome zapravo i je tako. Kalorija je kalorija i zbog toga nema cuđenja kad netko mršavi sa npr bolnickom dijetom i svim tim kikiriki ananas mjeseceva orbita dijetama, ali cim prestanu zna se šta se događa. Također nema cuđenja ako netko jede pizzu i cevape svaki dan a ipak je u kcal deficitu i mršavi, samo što su to oni sretnije građe.

Zato je poželjan neki manji deficit i tako dugorocno ako si problematicne građe.

Znam, zato je i slijedila ova moja recenica

Ma i je tako, normalno, svi znamo zašto se takve dijete prodaju :). Ali zato da ne bi bilo ovoga "cim prestanu zna se što se događa" pametnije je stvarat taj deficit iz što kvalitetnijih izvora - odnosno manji deficit i dugorocno, agree.

a recite vi meni, dal ces dobit masne naslage ako se hranis samo proteinima, znaci jedes samo bijelo meso, bjelanjke itd.. i dnevno uneses 4000kcal, znaci oko 2000 vise nego sto organizam pita??

Hoceš.

I vrlo je glupa stvar unositi samo P bez masti ili UH jer se inace P pretvaraju u izvor energije potreban za obnovu glikogena i energiju.

hehe...ma što god pojedeš iznad toga što ti organizam pita, debljat ceš se....sve je matematika u ovoj prici :)

..a i uživanje u hrani ne znaci nakrcavanje istom
