 neki ce ti rec da nije ok al ja sam i dalje pri posnom, dakle možeš 

probaj pa vidi kako ce ti to odgovarat

super ,hvala na odgovoru! neka oni govore sto god hoce..

neki su mi rekli i ovo : "jedi i samo jedi!" nebitno sto samo da jedes, ali i da treninge radis.

kako god bilo neobazrivsi se na to, ja mislim da je posni dobar, a i TUNJEVINA..? nju hvala bogu mogu dosta dosta nabavit.

 ma cuj, šta je je, teorija stoji iza toga da je whey puno bolji izbor za poslije treninga, ali ja sam zadnjih godinu dana lupala po posnom i cisto mi je dobar bio...i ne samo ja, vec i još neki oko mene..

a da je nebitno što jedeš...e to nikako

ali hvala na odgovoru, iako 200 kuna proteina to je super stvar (mjesecno), budem vidio, onda ocito ovde ne vrijedi koliko para toliko muzike heh

ako ces piti poslje treninga samo - onda ti je to š70 kn za 2 mjeseca i nešto sitno

heh e..tako je.. 3 x tjedno ga pijes i gotovo..
a recite mi.. pise na proteinima 2 jusne zlice je 32g.. ali ja imam staru kuhinjsku vagu koja nije digitalna.. i 4 zlice jusne mi pokaze kao 32g..hmm

Dino nađu se proteini i za š00kn po kili samo treba malo tražiti a Thorn ti je dobro rekao treba ti kila mjesecno tako da nije to neka velika cifra a opet probaj s cokoladnim mlijekom (kupiš mlijeko 0.9% m.m i unutra bubneš kraš expresa jedno 2 velike jušne žlice i to rokaj )

Koji put opali grožđice i bjelanjke, malo si daj mašte ako ne možeš kupiti proteine...
