Molim sve koji mi mogu pomoci jednim savjetom da to ucine:
Upravo sam se vratila s Body-shape (step crobic s dosta vježbi snage visokog intenziteta - oko sat vremena) i recite mi što da sad pojedem, znam da bi ugljikohidrati poslije treninga bili dobri ali 22 su sata.
Jel mogu popiti cašu mlijeka ili Nesquika (htjela bi napraviti nešto pravilno).

Pa kad vec pije taj jogurt jel nebi bilo dobro da uz to uzme neko voce npr. jabuka + jogurt ili slicno?

Nije bitno što su 22h, da je i š ujutro il 2 popodne, odradila si trening i iscrpila se, necim moraš povratit izgubljeno i sigurno ce biti iskorišteno za popunjavanje glikogena i krpanje mikrotrauma na mišicima. Samim vježbanjem si potaknula metabolizam tako da je i to još jedan razlog manje za brigu i razlog više da pojedeš nešto.

Ako te baš strah desktroze i wheya u 22h, možeš komotno složenih uh + neki protein, primjerice riža/int kruh/ + posni + povrce

E ovog se ja držim kad ne uzimam ništa od navedenih dodataka i sasvim je dobro.

Kolko nakon treninga moram jesti, dok dodjem kuci treba mi par minuta...ako dodjem npr.oko 2šh kuci, šta da pojedem pošto ne koristim nikakve dodatke?? jel može jogurt i jabuka???

kad onda da jedem nakon toga ? jer oko 23sam vec u krpama,nekad i ranije

a što se dianninog pitanja tice, najbolje je umjesto klasicnog pwm-a jedno pola litre cokoladnog mlijeka, i onda 45 min - š h nakon toga normalan obrok sa UH i P

A može i samo jedan obrok (poželjno masti+protein tipa sv sir i lanene sjemenke/orašasti plodovi), buduci da vjerojatno ne radi toliko ancrobno intenzivno, vecer je i za cca 2 sata ide spavati, no stvarno ovisi o tome koliko je intenzivan bio trening i kakav je.
