@ jelava, ne znam koliko je ovo kcal sve skupa al ja bih pojacala veceru ili uz 2 mjerice proteina poslije treninga uzela bananu.. npr. vecera- piletina + neke mahunarke+ salata
kava sa secerom? why?

pa neide mi kava bez secera :( btw oko 2900 kcal ... skupi se do 3000 jos kad ubacim nesto :D

dobro je to onda ako je oko 3000 ma ide, samo se moras naviknuti..kupi steviju ako baš nemožeš ne zašecerenu..ja sam prvo pila samo s mlijekom koje mi je kao zasladivalo, a sad cistu tursku crnu prije treninga cista je ko zmaj

Dorucak - banana. Proteinska palacinka s dodanim mljevenim orasima i bananom. Kava bez secera, malo mlijeka

Medjuobrok - 250g posnog sira i lanene sjemenke

Medjuobrok - 1 kuhano jaje i 2 bjelanjka, malo cikle

Rucak - juha. Pureci snicli i cikla.

Nakon treninga ogroman shake s 53g proteina i 58g UH

Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.

i jedem u tzv. "boljim" menzama, ne jedem u sc-u, nego u ovim privatnim koje su skuplje ali vrijedi :)

SC nije loša studentska menza, barem nije spora lijeva linija. Ja jedem tamo redovito. Uvijek ima pileceg batka, kelja, blitve, brokule, graška, mrkve, zelja. Ne žalim se

Da, brza je brza - junk, al ova spora je cist fajn

Bila sam takoder u menzi u domu na Lascini jer mi blizu faxa. Isto je fino, nema puno masti, tj. moze se nac nepohano meso, salata, itd.
Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.

ja ga stavim kuhati u malo vode, dodam sve zacine, malo cešnjaka... i kad bude kuhan umutim 1žl. integralnog brašna sa malo vode i to stavim da ga zgusne Smile
