cink potice testosteron? kupuješ ga u ljekarni? koja firma?
 
moja današnji meni:
 
dorucak - proteinska palacinka sa 4 bjelanjka (s puno domaceg džema puno manje slatkoce od kupljenog!)
 
rucak - patka (2 komada mesa kao manja šaka-moja), žlica mlinaca, 4 žutanjka s pola šnite crnog i zelena salata
 
vecera i PWM u jednom - whey s vodom + 20g dekstroze
 
nisam bila gladna, a inace imam i medjuobroke

danas:
 
dorucak - proteinska palacinka od 4 bjelanjka + pekmez
 
medjuobrok - 200g posnog + 2 šake kikirikija u ljusci, 4 kivija
 
PWM - pileci šnicl velicine mog dlana, tj. manji... žlica dinstane mrkve + whey s vodom + 2 male žlicice dekstroze
 
opet trening
 
pa PWM - whey s vodom + dekstroza

KUpim u DM-u, prije sam dobila na poklon od Natural Weltha, ali j preskup... :)
Pa navodno djeluje, iako minimalno, ja nisam osbno primjetla neku razliku.
Možda mrvicu blje spavam kad popijem kombinaciju ZN, MG i vit C... Ali i to je upitno kad ima jak ja trening...

definicija u punom jeku, danas:

zobene 70 g, whey, posni

pil. prsa i povrce

posni i povrce

70g riže i posni

trening (whey i kreatin)

120g riže, piletina, povrce

pola kg posnog

non stop sam gladan, na poslu još preživim, ne razmišljam o hrani, ali nedjelja je kriticna. 

Cekam plocice...LOL

ok, thanx. a kak se znaš dozirati? Smile i kak ti se cini moj meni? mislim da su zobene za dorucak u proteinskoj palacinki minimum UH, jedino ta dekstroza s wheyom!
 
a poticaj testosterona je u biti da bi se lakše riješile masnog tkiva i povecale mišicno? sumnjam da cemo izgledat muškobanjasto zbog tog...

1. 125gr zobene+30gr whey
2. 100gr manistre+150gr pilecih fileta
3. pwm 40gr whey+55gr dex
4. 50gr maniste+100gr pileci fileti+zlica maslaca od kikirikija
5. to cu kasnije 2 pljeskavice (ukupno 200-250gr)
6.prije spavanja 20gr kazeina i 12ml omega 3 ulje

Ja tabletu cinka od 25 mg pijem svaku vecer vec 2 i po mjeseca i sve ok , a i osjetim da me malo digla ( a i vidim po kilaži )

M: casa cedevite, sladoled

E, sad ne znaam da l' za veceru da uzmem samo vocni jogurt, ili jos nesto .. ??

ja bi umro da se tako hranim, to mi nije dosta za jedan obrok.

Jedi posni sir navecer slobodno 250g + hrpu povrca. Premalo jedeš, povecaj p (posni, tuna, pil. prsa) toga možeš pojesti koliko hoceš + povrca (osim graha, graška, mahuna i sl, možeš i to ali rijetko i u malim kolicinama).

riblji štapici, pržene hrenovke, bijeli kruh, cedevita?!
gdje su tu kompleksni UH, kvalitetni proteini (pileci fileti  su jedina svijetla tocka u tvom jelovniku), masti, povrce?!

1. 125gr zobene i 30gr wheya
2. 150gr svinjskog kotleta(odvojeno od kosti i masti samo da ostane cisto meso) i 100gr makarona(obicni,nejeden integralne skuplju su dosta)
3.pwm 40gr whey 60 gr dex
4150gr svinjskog buta,opet cisto meso i 120gr spageta
5.150gr bifteka i par fetica mozzarelle
i sad cu prije nego oden lec 20gr kazeina i omegu 3
