zdjela salate (riga i matovilac + 2 svježe paprike) + 50g tune i 1 tvrdo kuhano jaje
pašticada s njokima
trening
30g whey + banana + maline smiksano u shake
i bit će još nešto za večeru.... vidjeti ćemo što danas kuhamo

D: zobeni muffin sa šunkom i sirom + još žlica svježeg sira i kriška šunke + kiseli krastavac
R:juha od povrća + pečena pileća prsa + kupus salata
Mo: dvije male jabuke + 2 zobena muffina
V: isto što i ručak

1 feta raženog kruha sa sjemenkama i namaz (svježi sir +tuna +luk)
kava s mlijekom x2
50g zobenih + 150g svježeg sira + 1 banana + 3 dcl jogurta
zeleni čaj
trening
30g whey + 1 banana + maline + voda smiksano u shake
pašticada s njokima + salata (riga, matovilac)

2(pwm):zobene s mlijekom, bananom i cimetom
3:juha od povrća + pečene lignje + krumpir salata (u tom svemu žlica maslinovog ulja)
4(nakon vožnje bicikla):3 nekakva mini rižina krekera + 2 kriške sira
5:isto što i za ručak

Nečral u naturi, šta ti je brate, kobasica, slanina, jaja i šunka, a tek domaca sirutka što radi svoj posao, kad ju popijem osjetim da mi se ruke i dalje ne povecaju, nego cak i smanje, a onda kad treniram povecaju se odnekud. Neki kažu to je pumpa, ja kažem to je steroid.
