Ovakvi obroci nisu pozeljni neposredno nakon treninga jer tijelo treba 'brze' proteine.

Piletina, puretina, riba, svjezi sir, jaja su pozeljni kao drugi ili treci obrok poslije treninga.

piletina, puretina, riba, svjezi sir, jaja

(bolje kuhano nego na neki drugi nacin pripravljeno)
