a zasto ne uzimati brze proteine nakon treninga? neki poseban razlog?

Ovakvi obroci nisu pozeljni neposredno nakon treninga jer tijelo treba 'brze' proteine. Piletina, puretina, riba, svjezi sir, jaja su pozeljni kao drugi ili treci obrok poslije treninga. |
