Utisci za prvi tjedan:
Super smo složili program, baš su "hard" vježbe i ne brkam više s onim izolacijicama.
Zasad sam radio sa 70% snage, ali na kraju treninga sam bio vec fino umoren (a prije sat vremena se probudio )

Jedino me malo zbunjuje to što kada sam radio "na divlje" i bez nogu, i koncentrirao se na pozerske mišicne skupine (prsa, ramena, biceps) za mjesec dana sam vec imao strašan "napredak" (uvjetno receno).

Naravno, nakon 4,5 treninga je smiješno govoriti o nekoj vidljivoj promjeni, samo imam osjecaj da mi je možda premalo odraditi 3 vježbe za prsa tjedno, pa bih uz ovaj trening svaki dan kod kuce odradio i malo sklekova, zgibova..

Noge su me (ne)ugodno iznenadile, cucnjevi i deadlift rade cuda, kažem ti vec me ljudi ogovaraju po školskim hodnicima kako to hodam

Lega, znaj da te ja, šta se ženskog dijela Foruma tice, pratim i sa zanimanjem cu uvik procitat di si trenutno zapea i koliko si napridova.

Trudiš se i uporan si.Nemoj se samo preforsirat, molim te. Makar sam mirnija kad znam da si pod budnim okom našeg Thorna.

Znam, znam, mene boli svaka košcica jer puno put testiram svoje granice...Nekad ih cak i prijeđem pa obaram vlastite rekorde.

Ali ipak pokušavam dozirat nekako. Nije baš da mi ide, hahaha.
