  dakle dijeta - ova gore spada u redukcijske s modificiranom kolicinom makronutrijenata u odnosu na uobicajnu prehranu, zbog toga ima pojacano termogeno djelovanje, izaziva sitost ali i kalorijski deficit na koncu dana.

a ovo gore je dijeta.. ne definicija

a neznam kakve kus kus ima veze s definicijom
 
a ne zamjeram na zajebanciji
