dajte i meni preporucite dobar whey ali da nije preskuo kao isobolic, mogao bih i izvdojiti š30 km na 2-3 mjeseca...ajjj ne znam vise sam sta biž

A ono, neceš baš nešto previše osjetiti razliku, tj. teško je osim ako nemaš nešto više iskustva ali i tada je poprilicno nebitno. Bitno je da obrok bude što lakše probavljiv i brzo dospije u krvotok.

Whey baš kao što sam rekao iz nekoliko razloga + isplativost ima prednost.

 ma da, al šta je je, puno se bolje osjecam nakon treninga otkad ga pijem, tako da je zasad sa te energetske strane jedan veliki +, a da ne govorim o uštedi na posnom :)

bolje se osjecaš jer unosiš dekstrozu

najbolje bi bilo pola mjerice wheya i 200 grama posnog ali.. posni je zaznut za nosit a kazein skup

to sigurno za dekstrozu :) ali znala sam i bananu pojest uz taj posni, ili grožđice pa opet mi je bolje ovako -  stvar je u bržoj apsorbciji i jednog i drugog...makar ga i sad znam ubacit povremeno - veci gušt mi njega pojest nego whey popit

ma meni lako za nosit,  ja znam nakupovat par njih pa pustit u frižideru tamo

Ma nemam mucninu, loše se osjecam zbog prištica kao

Jednostavno, kakvi god bili rezultati znanstvenih istraživanja (a koje god sam procitao bilo je kontradiktorno onom prethodnom) meni slatkiši, cokolade i šecer uzrokuju bubuljice na licu. (inace imam cisto lice)
Slatkiše uglavnom izbjegavam..

Isto sam primijetio i prilikom korištenja dekstroze kroz proteinski napitak.
Tjedan dana ju namjerno nisam koristio i lice mi se ocistilo.

(naravno moguce da je nekakva slucajnost, ali preko godinu dana koristim "Traubenzucker", i baš sam stekao takav dojam)

Unazad 2 tjedna sam opet imao problema s licem, prestao sam koristiti dekstrozu i, pogađaj - sada sve valja.

Je*iga, filozofija mi je takva da ce mi lakše pasti neki slabiji rezultati u fitness svijetu, nego da cu okolo hodati kao prištavi gejmer

@Thorn - ne znam jel mi to hoceš preporuciti nekog dobrog dermatologa, ali šaljem ti PM
