Neznam zašto je banana kao jednako dobra kao dekstroza :s

što se tice izbora, ja bi broj 2 samo zbog prakticnosti!

Jer i š je super samo ne praktican

što se okusa tice, meni je tu banana uz whey zakon

  Malo ste se zaznuli, krecete davoru odgovarat bez da utvrdimo na šta on to tocno misli pod "bolji" ? Bolji za šta? Nekome je bolji zbog okusa, nekom je bolji zbog prakticnosti, nekom pak zbog kombinacije brzog i sporog proteina itd.

Ali da je drugi jednostavniji, to svakako.

 po meni može proc i prva varijanta ali odlucila bi se ipak za 2. ne samo radi brže apsorbcije nego i radi prakticnosti i uštede -ako vec stavljaš dekstrozu koja ipak ima prednost pred vocem, nema mi smisla dodavat bananu - onda pojedi 2 banane pa izbaci dekstrozu....

š) 20g whey isolata
    š00g posnog sira
    30g dekstroze
    banana
    voda

2) 35g whey isolate
    60g dekstroze
    voda

Sta vi mislite??? I obrazlozite svoje odgovore..

a ako uzmem 50g ljesnjaka ili necega.. to je vec puno.. a opet za pojest nist..a meni samo smeta uz posni.

još jedan razlog je kalorijski suficit bez unošenja uh-a u vecernjim satima - a i s obzirom da ih nije preporucljivo unosit sa njima zbog dizanja inzulina, najmanju štetu cemo napravit ako ih uzmemo uz proteine - ja sam to tako shvatila...jel to malo bolje zvuci sad?

Netocno. Za konzumaciju masti i u konacnici za metabolizam istih bitan je drugi faktor zbog kojih ih se preporuca konzumirati. Za usporavanje asporpcije nutrijenata odgovorni su pak treci faktori.

Ta dekstroza ti je najmanji problem poslije treninga - pripazi u ostatku dana


p.s. nevjerojatno kako se uvijek ušaltam u post nekome umjesto da citiram...a još bi se smoto po trsatskima trkala



he he... ma ne jedem iza 2 popodne UH.. ni nakon treninga cak, iako bi me Ily radi ovoga ubio.. he he...
ali koje ti masnoce uz svjezi sir jedes?? ja kikiriki i mislim da me udebljo..
