  ajooj,ja bi tako! sad mi je taj jutarnji cista tlaka jer se moram buditi u 5.30 (imam školu stalno ujutro) i bit skroz neispavana 6 dana u tjednu!

 Uh, jutranji mi je najdraži! Bila sam ovaj vikend kod mame, a ona ima orbitrek (kojeg btw mislim maznuti ) i tako sam krenula na 45 min..... Pa produžila na 60... Pa me uhvatio suuuuuper osjecaj i nikako da se skinem!!!! Frendica zove na kavu.... Nakon sat i 20 min reklo bi se za orbitrek "SPASIO GA MOB!!!!"

  budem theia! najvjerovatnije budem nakon kardia ujutro samo 25 komada,bez ponavljanja! i tako 5x tjedno....ma odlicno!
samo se još treba natjerat ujutro na kardio!

Eto, zato ti ja i ne peglam više toliko po trbušnjacima! Kad sam skužila da sam dobila kocku od trbuha, znaci ne   )(   vec   I I   više ne radim š000 trbušnjaka! šala mala....

Ali moram ti reci da mi je najbolje za trbušnjake napraviti samo 3 serije po š5-20 ponavljanja, ali sporo, sa zadržavanjem i OBAVEZNO UVLAcENJE TRBUHA - DO KIcME! Probaj, super je!

ne kuzim te bas pojablje.

Mogla si naci neku slicicu bilo kakvu na netu di vidis ono sta bi ti zeljela i rec kako do slicne linije.

malo objasnit jesi vec vitka ili prvo bi trebala da stuces naslage.

jel mogu na neki nacin oblikovati struk tako da on bude
na sredini (gledano iz naprijed) "udubljen"? lol,neznam
kako da vam to predocim, ali ovako nekako " )( ", a ne
kako se obicno dobiva struk od trbušnjaka da su kukovi
jednake širine kao i rebra.
jel na to utjecu križni trbušnjaci??
