 prije treninga 4-5 jaja+razeni kruh ili 300g posnog+bademi

poslije treninga pwm (whey+dextroza)

 bolje ta jaja i razeni nego posni i bademi

prije treninga ali jedno sat-dva nesto bogato proteinima i ugljikohidratima,a poslin treninga isto samo sta su onda brzi proteini, i dextroza koja je jednostavni secer i

Prije treninga:2 banana+jogurt ili mlijeko i žitarice,ili burek i jogurt.
poslije treninga:tuna+integralni kruh ili riža +zelena salata,i uvijek neko voce...

jel može nakon treninga banana,ili š50g posnog+banana?znaci neki jednostavan UH ili posni umjesto wheya?
i onda kad se dođe doma pojede se rucak sa složenim UH npr riža,tijesto,krumpir+meso+povrce,salata?

umjesto posnog ubaci bjelanjke (4-5 komada)

 mada se najvise isplati kupit whey

Ne.

Jer dok tebi pocne probava posnog ti ceš vec bit u debelom katabolizmu od treninga. cak ni whey nije toliko brza opcija jer je u tankom crijevu tek nakon 45-60min al eto, ipak ga pijemo iz vjerovanja da je to BRZI protein, iako bi se po toj logici jedino brzim moglo nazvati hidrolizate i bcaa koji djeluju vec nakon 20min.

a jel može biti neki shake od malomasnog jogurta sa možda dodatkom voca smrznutog i isto malo posnog kao PWM?

meni je definitivno puno bolje otkad radim tako...dwm....samo me buni, treba li malo povecat kolicinu wheya onda ili ne? Inace stavljam jednu mjericu...dobro, to su sad sitnice al svejedno.. :)

jole nemoze. mos ti to uzet al nema neke vece koristi po meni cin je posni i jogurt u igri

sta sad ti rokas po DWM thorn. jel bolje tako jel ima koristi vise.jel ga uzimas na po treninga pa lagano do kraja.i sta stavis sve u taj shake. whey i dex ili jos sta. kreatin,BCAA?
